Also, we provide a Sedation option to relax you throughout the procedure. It is not painful. Most patients describe the feeling as a simple tooth extraction. Postoperatively, a basic analgesic is enough.
I have been wearing dentures for years, and now my jawbone is too thin.
This is a common situation. We will figure out if there is enough bone for implant placement. If not, we do a bone graft. Just like with gardening, if you want a deep-rooted tree, you must first prepare the soil. That is what we will do with the bone.
I am getting old. Should I still consider dental implants?
Age itself is never a limitation. It is your general health that will be assessed. If you are 45 or 85 years old and are in good health, then the implant option would be available to you. How long does the trip to Turkey take?
Usually, two trips are necessary for standard implants to be done. Trip one will last around 3 to 5 days. During this first visit, the titanium roots are placed into the bone. Then there is a period of 3 to 6 months during which the bone is healing and growing tightly around the metal. Trip two lasts about a week,k and this is where the permanent teeth provision happens.
How long will my new teeth last?
