A white and bright smile is often associated with celebrities who attend red carpet events or appear in television shows, music videos, professional photos, or posts on social media.
Celebrities usually shoot under studio lighting, which is very bright, and the cameras they use also produce pictures in very high resolution. This lighting & high-res cameras tend to highlight imperfections such as tooth discolouration, which is hardly even visible under normal light conditions.
Therefore, the majority of celebrities are thought to use professional dentist’s office teeth whitening and dentist-supervised home whitening for maintaining a perfect smile; however, pictures are not valid proof that someone has had whitening done.
