Before and after
Six of our own patients, photographed in the clinic under the same light and from the same distance, with nothing retouched.
Case 01
Smile design, upper and lower
Years of wear had shortened the front teeth and taken the edge off the smile line. Both arches were restored, and the new teeth were drawn to the face rather than to a template.

Before
After Case 02
Full-arch implants, upper and lower
What was left could not be saved. Both arches were cleared, implants placed, and a fixed bridge fitted on the same course of treatment.

Before
After Case 03
Smile design, upper and lower
Crowding and years of staining on otherwise sound teeth. Restored across both arches, keeping the shape of the original smile rather than replacing it with a wider one.

Before
After Case 04
Full-arch implants, upper and lower
A fully edentulous upper and lower jaw. Implants were placed in both and the bridge was fitted onto them; the first photograph is the mouth before any of it.

Before
After Case 05
Full-arch implants, upper and lower
Both arches restored on implants. The first photograph is the day of surgery, with the abutments in place; the second is the finished bridge.

Before
After Case 06
Full-arch implants, upper and lower
The upper arch had failed and the lower was following it. Implants were placed in both, and the bridge was fitted on the same set of visits.

What these photographs are
These are our own patients, photographed in our clinic, and they agreed to their pictures being shown. Nothing has been retouched, and the two frames of each case are shot the same way — a before-and-after that changes the light is not showing you the teeth. Some were photographed with a retractor because that is what the treatment needed recording. What none of them can tell you is what your own case would need: that takes an examination, and it is free.
