Who these terms are between

These terms cover your use of this website. They are between you and LEMA Dental Clinic, Istanbul, Türkiye. [TO CONFIRM: the registered legal entity and address.]

Using the site means accepting them. Your treatment, if you have any, is covered by a separate agreement made with the clinic — not by this page.

This is information, not medical advice

Everything here — the treatment pages, the doctors’ records, the guides, the questions and answers — is written to help you understand what a treatment involves and to decide whether to ask us about it. It is general information about dentistry, not advice about you.

Reading it does not make you our patient and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. No decision about your own teeth should be made on the strength of a web page: it should be made after an examination, with imaging, by a doctor who has seen your mouth.

If you are in pain, or something is swelling, or you have had an injury, do not wait for an email. See a dentist or a doctor where you are.

Plans and prices

Any figure we give you before an examination is an estimate based on what you have sent us. It is not an offer and it does not bind either of us. The plan and the price are settled after an examination and imaging at the clinic, and you are told what they are before treatment begins.

What a treatment costs depends on your own case — how many teeth, which materials, and whether anything has to be dealt with first. That is why this website does not print a price list.

Results

The before-and-after photographs on this site are of real patients of this clinic, published with their consent, and they have not been retouched to improve the result.

They are somebody else’s mouth. Dentistry is biology as much as craft: results depend on the bone, the gums, the bite, general health, habits like smoking or grinding, and on how the work is looked after afterwards. Nothing shown here is a guarantee of what your own treatment will achieve, and any doctor who guarantees you a result before examining you is not being straight with you.

What belongs to whom

The text, photographs, films, illustrations and design on this site belong to the clinic or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use, and to link to any of them.

You may not republish our patient photographs or films, use our name or marks as your own, or copy the site’s content into another commercial site.

Links to other places

Where we link out — to a review platform, to a professional body, to an implant manufacturer, to a research paper — we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it. The same goes for WhatsApp and the social accounts we link to, which are run by other companies under their own terms.

The site itself

We keep this site accurate and available, and we do not promise it will always be either. Content can go out of date, and pages can be unavailable while we are working on them. If you find something wrong on a page, tell us — we would rather hear it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your relying on general information published here rather than on advice given to you after an examination.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit — and nothing here affects your rights as a patient. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in. Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
